9 , <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR ORONO COUNCIL MEETING <br />. HELD-AUGUST 10, 1992 <br />( #21) INDIVIDUAL SEWER UNIT DETERMINATIONS - STUBBS BAY <br />RESOLUTIONS #3155 TO #3171 <br />It was moved by Callahan, seconded by Goetten, to adopt Resolutions <br />#3155 to #3171 determining individual sewer unit determinations. <br />Ayes 4, nays 0. <br />Gaffron noted there will be an additional four resolutions <br />determining sewer units for four other properties presented to the <br />Council at a later date for adoption. <br />Moorse explained that Terry Humbert has called to set up the first <br />facilitative meeting on, the Highway 12 issue. <br />August 20, 1992 was established as the first facilitative meeting. <br />Moorse stated the meeting with Jack Boarman and John Davies had <br />been postponed. It was rescheduled to Friday, August 14, 1992 at <br />11:00 a.m. to be held at Callahan's office. <br />( #22) LICENSES <br />It was moved by Jabbour, seconded by Butler, to approve the <br />following licenses: <br />Septic System Installer License - Clover Hill Co., Inc. <br />Coppin Plumbing <br />Firearm Use Permit - Park Gun Club <br />Ayes 4, nays 0. <br />( * #23) BILLS <br />It was moved by Goetten, seconded by Callahan, to approve payment <br />of the All Funds Account. Ayes 4, nays 0. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />It was moved by Jabbour, seconded by Goetten, to adjourn the <br />regular Orono City Council meeting at 10:36 p.m. to Executive <br />Session.
