r � , <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR ORONO COUNCIL MEETING <br />HELD JULY 27, 1992 <br />LMCD REPRESENTATIVE'S COMMENTS - CONT. <br />Jabbour, asked that those comments be sent to the Watershed <br />District. <br />Hurr stated that the LMCD has approved the Big Island Inca 1992 <br />dock license. <br />Gaff ron sa 1 d that B i g Is I and Inc. has app I i ed for i is 1992 1 i cense, <br />which the Council will review at the August 10th meeting for either <br />adoption or referral to the Lake Use Committee. <br />Hurr noted that Lakeside Marina has been given 10 days to provide <br />an as -built survey. She added that there has been discussion at the <br />LMCD regarding conflict of interest with regards to sailors and <br />yacht clubs. <br />Goetten inquired about the ash project committee. <br />Hurr reported there has been an initial meeting, with a tour of the <br />burn facility scheduled for next Wednesday. <br />( * #3) #1752 GEORGE W..KALWEIT, <br />4265 FOREST LAKE DRIVE - <br />AFTER -THE -FACT VARIANCE - RESOLUTION #3142 <br />It was moved by Butler, seconded by Callahan, to adopt Resolution <br />#3142 for Application #1752 for George W. Kalweit, 4265. Forest Lake <br />Drive, approving an after - the -fact variance to allow major <br />structural improvements of an existing deck located within the 75' <br />setback area.
