ti .,, A. <br />MINUTES OF ORONO 1992 RECONVENED BOARD OF REVIEW MEETING <br />HELD MAY 11, 1992 <br />valuation for 1991 at approximately $565,000. <br />Hauser asked if he could expect a refund on taxes paid for the <br />first quarter on the higher valuation. <br />Erickson said that would be based upon what the County decides the <br />1991 valuation should be. <br />It was moved by Jabbour, seconded by Mayor Peterson, to accept the <br />recommended 1992 valuation for all remaining parcels. Ayes 4, nays <br />0. <br />Erickson asked the Board to also include property owned by Richard <br />Keavney, PID# 20- 117 -23 12 0034 and to allow the option of <br />inclusion of two additional parcels if so deemed appropriate. <br />Jabbour withdrew his motion. <br />Greg Ehalt, 3465 Watertown Road, PID# 32- 118 -23 43 0008, said the <br />valuation is $25,000 more than what he paid for the property in <br />December of 1991. He stated he has only repaired the roof and <br />painted the inside. <br />Erickson stated this is a nice lot and the owner got a good deal. <br />It was moved by Jabbour, seconded by Butler, to reduce the 1992 <br />valuation for property owned by Greg Ehalt at 3465 Watertown Road <br />to $85,300. Ayes 3, nays 1. Mayor Peterson voted nay. <br />" l " <br />It was moved by Jabbour, seconded by Butler, to accept the <br />recommended 1992 valuations for all remaining parcels including <br />property owned by Richard Keavney, and Brad Biakenship, 2605 West <br />Lafayette Road, PID# 21- 117 -23 21 0007, 1992 valuation $403,600 - <br />no change recommended by the Assessor. Ayes 4, nays 0. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />It was moved by Butler, seconded by Mayor Peterson, to adjourn the <br />Reconvened Board of Review meeting at 7:15 p.m. Ayes 4, nays 0. <br />Barbara A.
