Wetland A <br /> Wetland A was located on the edge of a Type 3 Shallow Marsh located along the northern boundary <br /> of the subject property. The wetland extended beyond the subject property to the north, east, and <br /> west. Wetland A had a distinct boundary in vegetation change from a manicured lawn into natural <br /> hydrophytic vegetation at the edge of the wetland. Wetland A was flagged primarily based off of a <br /> change from upland vegetation to hydrophytic vegetation. The upland area had minimal slope into <br /> the wetland, but dropped in elevation at the edge of Wetland A.
