49 Survey Requirements <br /> Planning&Zoning Department 952-249-4620 <br /> J. <br /> www.ci.orono.mn.us <br /> le, <br /> 1kesHoa� <br /> The following is required for land use or permit applications:three(3)original, scaled copies of a certificate of survey, <br /> meeting all of the following requirements and a digital copy(or one(1)8'/"x 11"or 11"x 17")for reproduction. <br /> 1. All surveys shall be certified by a Minnesota Registered Land Surveyor. Civil engineers may certify topographic surveys. <br /> 2. Permanent iron monuments must be in place at each property comer. <br /> 3. Provide a written legal description including all existing easements. <br /> 4. Primary and alternate drainfield area corners shall be staked and shown per septic design and tank location shown. <br /> 5. Indicate all proposed buildings with dimensions for each building. Reference dimensions are measured perpendicular <br /> from the front, side and rear lot lines to the nearest point of each building. <br /> 6. Indicate the location of all existing and proposed decks, porches,driveways,curb cuts and other accessory structures. <br /> 7. Indicate the total lot area in square feet. <br /> 8. Indicate elevations to sea level datum of the top of curb, or if no curb, the edge of the pavement of the street at points <br /> where the side lot lines of the property intersect said street. <br /> 9. Indicate proposed elevations to sea level datum of the top of foundation, garage floor, the first floor and lowest floor at <br /> all structure corners. Indicate top and bottom elevations for all walls. <br /> 10. Indicate location and elevation of any structures on adjacent properties within 50' of lot lines. For lakeshore lots, the <br /> principal structure on each adjacent lakeshore lot and average lakeshore setback must be shown. <br /> 11. Indicate all drainageways, sewer and water mains and services, storm sewers and wetlands within the property and <br /> within 50'of the property. <br /> 12. Proposed grading plans should be indicated with directional arrows of proposed surface drainage (1' contours on <br /> lakeshore properties, 2' on all others). The source for all topography must be indicated on the survey. Provide <br /> additional contour intervals as needed in flat areas to show drainage patterns. <br /> 13. Show ALL erosion control measures and show rock entrance, if applicable. <br /> 14. Existing topographic contours must extend 50'outside of lot lines on all lots. <br /> 15. Identify top of bluff, bluff setback and bluff impact zone. Provide bluff analysis with cross-sections. <br /> 16. Identify all steep slopes over 12%. <br /> 17. Indicate all trees over 6"diameter within proposed disturbance area(s)and within 75'of the OHWL. <br /> 18. Reference the Stormwater Quality Overlay District Map and indicate the appropriate Stormwater Quality Overlay District <br /> Tier for the subject property. Hardcover calculations are required. See separate hardcover calculation sheet. <br /> Calculations to be provided using the City's calculation sheets. <br /> 19. Indicate wetland boundaries as well as required buffer and buffer setback lines. See:Wetlands&Drainage Districts map. <br /> 20.
