The structure is <br /> vacant and was not winterized. The water pipes burst and the basement has had approximately <br /> 3 feet of standing water for more than 6 months. The city deems the structure to be hazardous <br /> due to the fact it has been left open to trespass and other health and welfare issues. If the <br /> building is not secured within 48 hours of this order the city will cause the building to be properly <br /> secured and the cost of securing the building will be Charged against the real estate as provided <br /> in Orono Municipal Code Section 82-4. <br /> Please contact me with your intentions on this property.
