MINUTES OF THE REGULAR ORONO CrrY COUNCIL MEETING - <br />HELD ON MAY 23, 1994 <br />( #13) CITY OF <br />WAYZATA PUBLIC WORKS FACILITY SITE - CONCURRENT • <br />DETACHMENT AND ANNEXATION - RESOLUTION NO. 3435 (CONTINUED) <br />reconstruct the road to MSA Standards.. Mayor Callahan stated he felt the Joint Site <br />Development Agreement proposed was too restrictive, and suggested that they pass the <br />resolution agreeing to the annexation and not adopt the joint development agreement. <br />It was moved by Mayor Callahan, seconded by Jabbour, to adopt Resolution No. 3435 <br />annexing three parcels of land from the City of Wayzata into the City of Orono and <br />annexing one parcel of land into the City of Wayzata.. Ayes 5, nays 0. <br />( #14) PARK SURVEY <br />Hurr commented that some excellent suggestions for changes to the survey had been made <br />at the Park Commission meeting. She felt that the survey should proceed with those <br />changes. <br />It was moved by Goetten, seconded by Hurr, to approve the revised questionnaire as <br />submitted. Ayes 5, nays 0. <br />( #15) 1993 INTERFUND TRANSFERS AND BUDGET AMENDMENTS is <br />Moorse reviewed the staff report and explained the reasons for the transfers and how the <br />reserve fund worked. It was moved by Mayor Callahan, seconded by Hurr, to approve the <br />1993 Interfund transfers and budget amendments as proposed in the 5/20/94 staff report. <br />Ayes 5, nays 0. <br />( #16) KELLEY AVENUE DRAINAGE REPORT <br />It was moved by Mayor Callahan, seconded by Goetten, to direct the City Engineer to <br />update the 1976 report on the Kelley Avenue drainage problem and determine the most <br />effective way of correcting the problem, and inform the Council of the costs. Ayes 5, nays <br />0. <br />( #17) POLICE LIEUTENANT 1994 CONTRACT SETTLEMENT <br />It was moved by Hurr, seconded by Jabbour to approve the 1994 Police Lieutenant contract <br />settlement of a 2.75% pay adjustment and a $20.00 per month increase in the City's <br />insurance contribution to bring the contribution to $291.00 per month. Ayes 5, nays 0. <br />• <br />N. <br />
