The ordinance allows the Bouchard's to have until the end of 1996 <br />to bring their system into conformity. Gaffron said the two issues involved were the <br />Bouchard's plans for construction of additions to their residence, which triggers an earlier <br />conformity deadline, and the property being located in a "hot spot" neighborhood under <br />consideration for municipal sewer. <br />• <br />4 <br />
