MINUTES OF THE REGULAR ORONO CITY COUNCIL <br />MEETING HELD ON JUNE 26, 1995 <br />• ( * #13) TRANSFER OF FUNDS CDBG <br />Jabbour moved, Goetten seconded, to direct Staff to notify Hennepin County Planning <br />and Development that the balance in the Stubbs Bay Sewer Project Connection Grant <br />Program of $20,148 be transferred to Housing Rehabilitation. Ayes 3, Nays 0. <br />( * #14) REQUEST BY POLICE DEPARTMENT TO DISPOSE OF POLICE <br />SQUAD <br />Jabbour moved, Goetten seconded, to approve the sale of the police squad vehicle to the <br />highest bidder as per City ordinance. Ayes 3, Nays 0. <br />( * #15) ACCEPTANCE OF DONATION <br />Jabbour moved, Goetten seconded, to approve the acceptance of the donation of a <br />mountain bike to the Orono Police Department from Mr. Peter Wells, and to express the <br />appreciation of the Council and the Police Department to Mr. Wells for the donation. <br />Ayes 3, Nays 0. <br />( #16) EMPLOYMENT MATTER <br />Jabbour moved, Goetten seconded, to accept the resignation of Police Chief Sullivan and <br />• to approve payment of the proposed severance package.
