In order to bring your property into compliance the <br /> above items must be stored in an enclosed structure or removed from the property and the boats must be <br /> licensed to the property owner and operable, stored in an enclosed structure or removed from the property by <br /> April 1, 2015. <br /> Additionally, a skid steer is currently being stored at the above address. The skid steer is considered "special <br /> mobile equipment" and according to 78-1577(5) the outdoor storage of special mobile equipment is prohibited in <br /> all Residential Districts within the City of Orono.
