Scrap metal licensed or operable <br /> This letter will serve as your notice that the property must be brought into compliance by <br /> June 26, 2013 in order to avoid legal action by the City. In order to bring your property into compliance the <br /> above items must be stored in an enclosed structure or removed from the property;the above vehicle must be <br /> operable, stored in an enclosed structure or removed from the property; and the boats must be licensed to the <br /> property owner and operable, stored in an enclosed structure or removed from the property by June 26, 2013. <br /> Additionally, a skid steer is currently being stored at the above address. The skid steer is considered "special <br /> mobile equipment" and according to 78-1577(5) the outdoor storage of special mobile equipment is prohibited in <br /> all Residential Districts within the City of Orono.
