Scrap Lumber 8. Tarps <br /> 2. Vehicle liquids 9. Pile of brush <br /> 3. Buckets 10. Miscellaneous Junk&Debris <br /> 4. 55 gallon barrels 11. Trailer, MN license ADCG 035, used for <br /> 5. Door exterior storage <br /> 6. Cement mixer 12. 1994 Chevrolet Pickup, MN license 550 CUW, <br /> 7. Hoses displaying expired tabs(10/10) <br /> This letter will serve as your notice that the property must be brought into compliance by <br /> November 21, 2011 in order to avoid legal action by the City. In order to bring your property into compliance <br /> the above vehicles must be currently licensed and operable, and the above items must be removed from the <br /> property or stored in an enclosed building by November 21, 2011. <br /> Additionally, a skid steer is currently being stored at the above address. The skid steer is considered "special <br /> mobile equipment" and according to 78-1577(5) the outdoor storage of special mobile equipment is prohibited in <br /> all Residential Districts within the City of Orono. The skid steer must be removed from the above property or <br /> stored in an enclosed building. <br /> I have attached the pertinent City Codes for your reference.
