As you recall, Mary Schommer, Bob Zach(her partner) and I met with <br /> you on August 25,2014, the time of a prior listing of this same property. We discussed the process of <br /> subdivision of this property and the estimated associated costs at that time. <br /> The Buyer of the property will be visiting the City inquiring about any unusual costs that would be associated <br /> with the City's process of subdividing the property into three parcels. This property apparently has two water <br /> and sewer stubs on the Northern Avenue side. There is also an easement running the length of the property's <br /> east boundary. In the interest of saving you some searching, I have included with this email a reduced size copy <br /> of the City's map of this easement and I will forward a copy of your email response to my inquiry about the <br /> hookups, Mike, addressing the costs of connecting the two proposed lots on Northern, I hope this is of some <br /> help to you.
