MAINTENANCE OF PRIVATE PROPERTY. <br /> X Subd. 1. It is the duty of the owner ,of every vacant property and ' the <br /> owner and occupant of every occupied property ` maintain - <br /> neat, clear. and presentable manner free of any un <br /> debris , re ruse, <br /> litter, dead trees, or noxious weeds, and to remove all other public <br /> health or safety hazards therefrom. <br /> Subd. 2. Grass and Peeds.
