The area between 2643 Thoroughbred Lane and 2645 Watertown Road has been disturbed and needs <br /> to be restored. Portions of the disturbed area have wetland characteristics and vegetation restoration <br /> will need to be tolerant of seasonally saturated conditions. <br /> 2.
