Based on the previously email sent, the <br /> property owner may want the grading work that must be completed to be incorporated on the survey before it's <br /> re-submitted. <br /> As we discussed the accessory structure proposed is over 1,000 sq. ft. thus requiring a Declaration of <br /> Restrictive Covenant. Attached is a copy of the document that requires signatures of both property owners. <br /> Their signature must be notarized. City staff can notarize if that is convenient for them. Once signed we will <br /> have the document recorded. He asks that silt fence be added to the <br /> survey as shown on the attachment and have the scale corrected. Once the survey is updated, we will need <br /> two, full-size copies. In an effort to keep this project moving along, I will forward the permit to the building <br /> official for review while we wait for the updated survey to arrive. <br /> 1 <br />
