Based on the previously email sent, the property owner may want the grading work that must be completed to be incorporated on the survey before it's re-submitted. As we discussed the accessory structure proposed is over 1,000 sq. ft. thus requiring a Declaration of Restrictive Covenant. Attached is a copy of the document that requires signatures of both property owners. Their signature must be notarized. City staff can notarize if that is convenient for them. Once signed we will have the document recorded. A copy of the recorded document will be sent to the property owners for their records. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us. He asks that silt fence be added to the survey as shown on the attachment and have the scale corrected. Once the survey is updated, we will need two, full-size copies. In an effort to keep this project moving along, I will forward the permit to the building official for review while we wait for the updated survey to arrive. 1
