Protect landscaping and flatwork as required during construction. <br /> 2. 1 have not included anything for removal or trimming of Shrubs and trees. <br /> 3. The vines should be removed as they hold moisture at the wall. <br /> Rough carpentry <br /> 1. We have included an allowance for replacement of rotted sheathing materials.This <br /> includes labor and materials/fasteners up to 200 square feet.Additional work will be <br /> performed at$60.00 per hour plus material. Framing would be additional. <br /> Insulation <br /> 1. Furnish and install up to 200 square feet of insulation as necessary. <br /> Windows and Doors <br /> 1. Remove the 3 windows and inspect for damage. If they are found to be in acceptable <br /> condition re-install per manufacturer's requirements. If the windows would not be pulled <br /> there would be a$500.00 per windows deduction. <br /> 2. Install pan flashing system and window tape as now required by window manufacturer. <br /> 3. Insulate around the units with low expanding foam insulation. <br /> 4. Re-install salvaged casing around the units. <br /> 5. Putty nail holes and touch-up interior of the units that were re-set. <br /> Stucco <br /> 1. Furnish and install new stucco system on the home where repairs were made up <br /> to current codes. Due to time and sun it is not always possible to match the <br /> stucco color and texture exactly. Homeowner to be there when finish in put on <br /> for approval. This estimate does not include winter conditions. <br /> 2. This does not include any work with the vines that are currently growing on the <br /> home. <br /> 3. Furnish and install kick out flashings to code. <br /> Paint <br /> 1. Treat moldy framing materials with Remedex brand mold and mildew remover. <br /> 2. Treat same areas with Moldshield sealer. See website for information on this product, <br /> www.moldshield.net. <br /> 3. Caulk all areas on the home as called out by the report including the utilities, trim boards, <br /> windows, deck ledger boards and electrical unit. <br /> Alternates <br /> 1.
