Mayor Grabek believed that denying the <br />enclosure of an existing area, 7' x 10', is extreme. Motion, <br />Ayes -3, Grabek, Nay. Motion passed. <br />1557 MIRE CULLEN <br />2700 PHEASANT ROAD <br />VARIANCE <br />RESOLUTION #2849 <br />Mrs. Cullen was present. <br />Bernhardson provided a summary of the information in Michael <br />Gaffron's memo dated August 8. 1990. <br />Gaffron asked Mrs. Cullen whether it is their intention to • <br />have a fence around the pool. <br />Mrs. Cullen replied, "There will be no fence anywhere on the <br />property." <br />It was moved by Councilmember Goetten, seconded by <br />Councilmember Peterson, to adopt Resolution #2849,- approving the <br />hardcover and average setback variances to construct a pool and <br />patio at 2700 Pheasant Road. Motion, Ayes -4, Nays -0. Motion <br />passed. <br />#1563 MAURENE & JERRY DENZEL <br />1295 ELM11OOD AVENUE <br />VARIANCE <br />RESOLUTION #2850 <br />Mr. and Mrs. Denzel were present. <br />Bernhardson. and Mabu "sth explained the Denzel's application. <br />Mabusth noted that the Denzels have discussed the driveway use of <br />the unimproved right -of -way of Summit Avenue for access with the <br />Public Works Director.
