Motion, <br />Ayes -3, Nays -0. Motion passed. <br />FACILITY CITIZEN'S REVIEW COMMITTEE* <br />It was moved by Councilmember Callahan, seconded by <br />Councilmember Goetten, to accept- the information on the <br />Facilities Citizens Review Committee. Motion, Ayes -3, Nays -0. <br />Motion passed. <br />HIGHWAY 12 CORRIDOR* <br />It was moved by Councilmember Callahan, seconded by <br />Councilmember Goetten, to accept the information from staff <br />regarding the Highway 12 Corridor and the transportation <br />consultant. Motion, Ayes -3, Mays -0. Motion passed. <br />STUBBS BAY SEWER* <br />It was moved by Councilmember Callahan, seconded by <br />Councilmember Goetten_F to accept the information presented by <br />staff regarding the letter to the residents. Potion, Ayes -3, <br />Nays -0, Motion passed. <br />CDBG JOINT COOPERATION AGREEMENT <br />RESOLUTION #2836* <br />It was moved by Councilmember Callahan, seconded by <br />• Councilmember Goetten,, to approve the Joint Cooperation Agreement <br />between Hennepin County and the City of Orono, and to authorize <br />the Mayor and City Administrator to sign the agreement. Motion passed. <br />PUBLIC WORKS REPLACEMENT* <br />It was moved by Councilmember Callahan, seconded by <br />Councilmember Goetten. to approve accepting applications only for <br />maintenance worker position in the Public Works Department. <br />Motion, Ayes -3, Nays -0. Motion passed. <br />ADMINISTRATOR'S INFORMATION* <br />It was moved by Councilmember Callahan, seconded by <br />Councilmember Goetten, to accept the City Administrator's <br />Information regarding: Lift Station #10 and #43, Big Island <br />Tour, 1972 Shad.ywood Road, Historical Plaques, Recycled Paper, <br />Goal Setting Status, Receipts and Disbursements -May, and Wire <br />Transfers. Motion, Ayes -3, Nays -0, Motion passed. <br />CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT: <br />City Attorney Barrett requested that Council hold an <br />Executive Session for the purpose of discussing pending <br />litigation. <br />0 - 17 - <br />
