Unfortunately, our client is out of the country for <br />10 weeks commencing March 19, 1990. I have received a notice that the Local Board of <br />Review is scheduled to meet tonight, April 17, 1990, at 7:00 p.m. in the Orono Counsel <br />Chambers. Confirming my telephone conversation with the City of Orono, please accept <br />this notice as Dorothy C. Levy's challenge to the 1990 estimated market value of <br />$654,000.
