VOTE: Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br />*26. UNION CONTRACTS <br />a. Police Officers Labor Agreement for 2017-2019 <br />Levang moved, Printup seconded, to approve the Labor Agreement between the City of Orono and <br />Law Enforcement Labor Services (Local No. 40), Patrol Officers 2017-2019. <br />VOTE: Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br />b. Police Sergeants Labor Agreement for 2017-2019 <br />Levang moved, Printup seconded, to approve the Labor Agreement between the City of Orono and <br />Law Enforcement Labor Services (Local No. 168), Police Sergeants 2017-2019. VOTE: Ayes 5, <br />Nays 0. <br />*27. CITY CLERK RETIREMENT <br />Levang moved, Printup seconded, to approve the City Clerk position for advertisement. VOTE: <br />Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br />*28. 2017 LIQUOR LICENSE RENEWAL <br />Orono Liquor, Inc., d/b/a Narrows Saloon <br />3380 Shoreline Drive <br />Orono, MN 55392 <br />Levang moved, Printup seconded, to approve the above -listed license. VOTE: Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br />*29. LIQUOR VIOLATION <br />Levang moved, Printup seconded, to approve the Acknowledgement of Violation and Sanction. <br />VOTE: Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br />*30. AUTHORIZATION TO DISBURSE FUNDS <br />Levang moved, Printup seconded, to authorize the City Treasurer to disburse city funds in <br />payment of claims received for the December 26, 2016, City Council meeting which has been <br />canceled, and that such paid claims be presented for formal approval at the January 9, 2017, City <br />Council meeting.
