Repair must be completed within 90 days. <br /> 14 Drainfield extent and condition unknown. <br /> POTENTIAL FOR SYSTEM FAILURE: (system age and condition, soils, etc.) : failing <br /> COMMENTS: Your septic system does not meet Minnesota standards due to less than a 3 foot <br /> separation between the drainfield and the water table and the system is non-compliant. The <br /> septic tanks are also unsealed and discharging untreated sewage to the surface and past <br /> discharge is also evident from the drainfield.
