City Code Chapter 86, Section 86-66 regarding land alteration permits is hereby <br /> amended as follows: <br /> Sec. 86-66. —Required <br /> �Permits Rec�uired. <br /> It is unlawful for any person#o erect, construct, enlarge, alter, repair, move, improve, <br /> remove, convert, or demolish any building or structure, or any part or portion, including <br /> but not limited to the general constrvction, plumbing, wate��on-site sewage <br /> treatment system, wood stoves and fireplaces,ventilating, heating or air conditioning <br /> systems, or cause such worlc to be done, without firsf obtaining a separate buiiding, siqn, <br /> or general permit for each such building, structure or separate camponent from the city. <br /> �Zonin� Permit for Land Alteration. <br /> A land alteration and hardcover plan shall be submitted with the survey or site nlan and <br /> incQrporated as part of the buildina oermit approval�includin4 the name of the individual <br /> qertormina the woric. If no buildinq aermit is necessarv, a separate zoning AeRnit <br /> apalication for hardcover and/or land alteration shall be submitted bv the individual <br /> aerformina the work prior to conductinQ anv land alteration oc hardcover installations on <br /> a aronertv, includin�saradinp, patios and retainin�walls. The zonina permit shall be <br /> reviewed and apqroved bv the citv prior to issuance. <br /> SECTION 2. City Code Chapter 86, Section 86-68 regarding survey requirements is hereby <br /> amendad as follows: <br /> Sec. 86-68. - Permit app�ication; information required. <br /> (a} The application for a construction permit or land alteration permit shall include such <br /> information as may be requirBd by the city, which may vary between types of construc�iion <br /> projects. <br /> (b) Su►veys required: <br /> (1) lnitial survey or sife plan. Any building, zonin4 or general permit application for <br /> construction of a new structurel ef expansion of an existing structure or land alteration <br /> shall be accompanied by a certificate of survey or site plan drawn to scale �repared by <br /> a person reaistered bv the Minnesota Board of Architecture, En�ineerina, Land <br /> Survevina.
