Since there is not a recent survey in the file,we told him we were not sure if an updated survey <br /> prior to the project would be required or just an as-built. <br /> On 5-12-2015 Mr.Cristiani submitted an application. Loren from Metro West has some concerns about the septic line <br /> and the footings of the proposed deck. See Loren's memo. <br /> The septic sites are shown on the site plan, but not the pipe and tanks, see septic as-built. I am wondering if the site <br /> plan that was submitted will suffice? Or does it need additional detail?
