Toward this end I am enclosing a Landscape
Plan dated Aiigizst 11, 1992 by D.R. Griwwold and Associates, Registered
Landscape Architect of Bizrnsville. Also enclosed is a rendered
elevation from Brtxce Schmitt and Associates, Registered Architect of
Wayzata.
' The proposed plan offers the following benefits not otherwise accomplished:
1) It minimizes the removal of trees in the front and sideyard areas.
No ftzrther existing trees need to be removed;
2) Minimal ground cover is distizrbed;
3) Minimtun excavating, retaining walls, backfill and forced grades
are reqixired with the cturrent placement. This not only enhances
the perceived valixe of the lot biit the natixral setting of the
homesite and the overall project;
4) It also provides nearly level access to the garage for safety reasons
rather than a 6 foot descent from the street to the garage. Icy
conditions in the winter coizld easily render drivers slipping directly
into expensive garage doors. Equally dangerous conditions result from
egress onto Sizgar Woods Drive.
Finally, I am enclosing copies of letters from the architect, the Dev-
eloper and a fellow bizilder in Siigar Woods with their positive recomm-
endation of my proposed plan.
Thank you for yotr assistance.
Re u Si itted,
Scott . on President
