� "'' SIIPPLEMENTAL SHEET TO BIIILDING PERMIT APPLICATION <br /> FOR RESIDENTIAL CONSTRIICTION WITHIN <br /> THE PI,ANNED RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT OF <br /> SIIGAR WOODS SIIBDIVISION <br /> In addition to the plans, specifications and information <br /> requested in the Orono Bui�ding Permit Application packet, the , <br /> foilowing is required by speciai resolution of the Orono City <br /> Council of a� l applicants seeking to obtain a buiiding permit <br /> within the Sugar Woods subdivision: <br /> l. Your site pian must designate the Specific Building Setback I <br /> Area for your Iot. ' <br /> A) front 50' , rear 50' and side 40' for Lots 1 through <br /> 4 , B�ock 1; and <br /> B ) front 50' , rear 50' and side 30' for aIi other lots <br /> in B�ocks 1, 2 , 3 and 4. <br /> 2. Per Orono resolution #2652, each Iot sha11 be served by a <br /> single driveway/one curb cut at a 20' maximum allowed width. <br /> The driveway width sha�l be measured parallel to the Ioop <br /> road, Sugarwood Drive. The portion of the drive 7ocated <br /> within the front/street setback area shal� be placed in a <br /> straight alignment from the I.00p road and shall not be <br /> curved. <br /> 3. An inventory of aIl hardcover on the lot must accompany <br /> each application (see worksheet attached, Attachment A). <br /> AII. hardcover improvements on each Zot shall. be within the <br /> building pad defined as that portion of the Iot that is not <br /> within the building setback area (exception: the driveway <br /> Ieading to Sugarwoods Drive Iocated within the front <br /> building setback area, retaining walls and similar Iand- <br /> scaping structures that may be built within the front <br /> bui�ding setback area). The hardcover improvements for each <br /> Iot shaZl. not exceed 80$ of the area of the building pad for <br /> each �ot. The hardcover areas of each Iot shall include the <br /> surface area on the ground of each of the foliowing , <br /> improvements on the Iot (the inventory shall include allowed <br /> � improvements within the front/street setback area) : <br /> A) Footprint of each and every structural improvement <br /> on the Iot, incl.uding each house, garage,_ accessory <br /> building, porch and covered wa�kway; <br /> B) A�I wooden decks and boardwalks regardless of the <br /> spacing between the planks on the surface; <br /> C) AII driveways and parking areas that are paved or <br /> graveled; <br /> E) A�I walkways and patios that are covered with <br /> aspha3.t, concrete, paving blocks (regard3.ess of the <br /> space in between the blocks) , or covered with gravel, <br /> rock or woodchips upon an underliner (whether the <br /> underliner is impervious or not ) , but not those <br /> waZkways that are dirt, grass or gravel , rock or <br /> woodchips without an underliner; <br />
