Tim Johnson of Johnson and Associates, Architects <br /> shall represent the applicants at the meeting. Please review his addendum, E�ibit A, submitted <br /> for Planning Commission's consideration. The applicant has provided necessary exhibits to <br /> support the request. The exhibits include the survey locating all proposed improvements, <br /> topographic both existing and proposed, inventory of hardcover, and the location of mature <br /> unique tree specimens on property. <br /> Issues <br /> 1. The driveway is curved within the 50' front/street setback area and not in a straight <br /> alignment. <br /> 2. The driveways as it proceeds southward encroaches within required 30' side setback area <br /> where no such encroachment is allowed. <br />
