The purpose for this work session item is provide the City Council the opportunity <br />to interview prospective Park Commissioners. <br />2. Background. The Parks Commission is made up of seven regular members who serve three <br />year terms. The terms are intended to be staggered. The City received four applications from <br />residents, two of which are current members whom wish to serve additional terms as regular <br />members. <br />3. Applicants. The two new applicants are listed below. Their applications and sample <br />interview questions are attached. Staff recommends that the City Council appoints four <br />Park Commissioners to three year terms. <br />
