Approval of the variance is conditioned upon submittal of a complete building permit <br /> application including plans, specifications and appropriate fees; or submittal of a <br /> demolition permit and removal of the illegal screen porch within 90 days of variance <br /> approval (Monday, June 10, 2019). Framing inspection must be approved one year from <br /> variance approval (by March 11, 2020). <br /> 4. Any amendments to the plans which are not in conformity with City codes may require <br /> further Planning Commission and City Council review. <br /> 5.
