GRADING NOTES: <br />1) CONTRACTOR SHALL CONTACT 'GOPHER STATE ONE CALL' AT LEAST 48 HOURS PRIOR TO <br />EXCAVATION/CONSTRUCTION FOR EXISTING UNDERGROUND UTILITY LOCATIONS.
