Due to the seasonally sat�ated soils, <br /> a pressurized Mound System will need to be installed to treat septic effluent The bottom of the treatment <br /> area must be located ai least 3'above the satorated soiLs. <br /> The soils at a depth of 12"have a percolarion rate averaging 8 MPI. <br /> All neighboring wells are greater than 100 feet from pmposed treatment areas. <br /> The eacisting ta�slc may be used upon approval of the local inspector. <br /> All new tanks need to be insulated if less than two feet deep and a fiiter installed on the second tank.Clean <br /> outs must be installed on the end of the laterals for maintenance. <br /> A pumping chamber will need to be installed to lift the effluent to the trealment area. The gower supply and <br /> switches must be located outside the raanhole and pumping chamber in a weatherproof enclosure. A <br /> warning device must be installed with a light and sound device;this is in case of a pump failure. <br /> Keep ail heavy eguipment off of the proposed treatment areas before and after construction. T6e <br /> treatment area must be fenced off before constrnction begins. This Design is not valid&the System <br /> will need to be relocated if failare to protect the aress proposed for the On-Site Sewage Treatment <br /> systems occurs. <br /> Nothing other than gray water,{isundry,showers,ec�)human water&toilet tissue should be <br /> disposed of into the septic tanks. Garbage disposals are not recommended. Additives must no be <br /> used,they may cause harmful damage to your septic system.
