This letter is to inform you that the City of Orono requires a <br /> building permit for sheds which must meet setbacks from property lines, wetlands and other <br /> buildings. The wetland setback is 26',the side setback is 10' and the street property line setback is <br /> 100'. An accessory structure may not be placed between the house and the street. If you can meet <br /> these setbacks, a building permit can be issued.
