G�,5 <br /> Erosion control mechanisms must be installed and inspected by the City <br /> proper to any land disturbing activities. The contractor must provide a �5 <br /> minimum of a 24 hour notice prior to inspection. <br /> Erosion control shall be installed and maintained throughout the entire <br /> project and must remain until vegetation has been established. li� <br /> Protect septic sites with snow fencing or metal stakes and caution tape. L�f <br /> The grading plan on the survey is shown as conceptual. If the grading plan <br /> changes from what is depicted on the survey a new grading plan must be (� 5 <br /> submitted and approved prior to the change. <br /> Prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy an as-built survey must �C <br /> be submitted and approved. � <br /> In the event of winter or other unfavorable weather conditions (which <br /> prevent the completion of the exterior improvements and/or as-built <br /> survey) a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO) may be necessary.
