Within any "LR-1C-1" <br /> One Family Lakeshore Residential Subdistrict a credit allowing a <br /> 50� increase in dwelling unit density over the "LR-1C" District may <br /> be obtained providing all conditions below are complied with: <br /> A. All provisions of Section 10. 32 P�anned <br /> Residential Development are complied with; <br /> B. Public sanitary sewer is available; <br /> C. Al1 dwelling units must be attached but not more <br /> than four dwelling units to any one structure with a maximum height <br /> of thirty 30 feet; <br /> D. Parcels of land lying beyond 100 feet from any <br /> shoreline shall not have more than 35� of the land area to be <br /> developed made impervious by buildings, blacktop, or other forms of <br /> hard cover; <br /> E. Building size and location meet Council <br /> approval; • <br /> F. Vehicle ingress and egress meet Council <br /> approval; <br /> G. A minimum of two parking spaces are provided for <br /> each dwelling unit, one of the parking spaces shall be enclosed and <br /> attached to the principal structure it serves; <br /> H. Density provisions under Section 10.60 are not <br /> exceeded. <br /> Subd. 4. Area, Height, Lot Width and Yard Requirements. <br /> (See Section 10 .25 , Subdivision 6) . <br /> SEC. 10.27. RR-lA ONE FAMILY RURAI, RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT. <br /> Subd. 1. Purpose. The "RR-lA" One Family Rural <br /> Residential District is intended to provide a district whicri will <br /> allow a combination of low density residential development and <br /> limited agricultural activity. <br /> Subd. 2. Permitted Uses. Within any "RR-lA" One r^amily <br /> Rural Residential District, no land or structures shall be used <br /> except for one or more of the following uses: <br /> A. Any permitted use as regulated in the "R-lA" <br /> District. <br /> Subd. 3. Conditional Uses. Within any "RR-lA" One <br /> Family Rural Residential District, no structure or land shall be <br /> used for the following uses except by conditional use permit: <br /> A. Uses. Any conditional use as regulated in the <br /> "R-lA" District except for "Duplex Credit" and "Aninals" . <br /> B. Farms (Stock) .
