==, ; Z  o S .. P-.
D  r
CLfGOM'G::%
S/20/91
Attention; Building and Zoning Department, City of Orona AY 3 9'
From: Nancy and Evan Anderson
1260 Spruce Place
(Orono) Mound, MN. 55364
We would like to register our opinion that the vacant lot which is for sale
at 1290 Spruce Place should not be offered for sale as a buildable lot by
the current owner. It is our opinion that since this lot was a tax
forfeiture and a public expense as well as a nuisance in the neighborhood
for years, it should have been offered for sale to the general public if it
was, in fact, buildable. We, and other neighbors, were lead to believe that
it was not buildable and, as such, would be offered far sale only to the
ajoining properties. It was offered only to these properties and it was
sold at a very low price to the property on the south
if this lot is declared buildable, the present owner will be able to sell it
at a substantial profit. The city will have arranged for him to benefit
greatly at the expense of the general public.
This lot should either be declared unbuildable or should be repurchased by
the city or state and offered for sale to everyone.
U

e
