Applicants shall grant to the City a drainage easement over the drainageways shown <br /> on the attached survey, such drainage easements each to be 15' in total width, 7.5' <br /> either side of the defined centerlines. The applicant sha11 provide a legal description <br /> for said easements. � <br /> 4. Applicants shall grant to the City an easement for sanitary sewer lines which are <br /> believed to be located within Parcels A, G, B, D and/or F. The City shall <br /> provide a legal description for said easements. <br /> 5. Applicant shall grant any easements deemed necessary for existing utilities within <br /> Parcels A,B, D,E,F and G if such utilities are subsequently identified. <br /> 6. Applicant sha11 provide confirmation of legal ownership of the property via title <br /> opinion or other form satisfactory to the City Attorney before the subdivision of a lot <br /> line rearrangement will be released for filing. <br /> • � <br /> 7. The aforesaid division shown on the attached Certificate of Survey shall be filed by <br /> the City of Orono with either tlie Hennepin County Recorder's Office or Registrar of <br /> Titles O�ce on or before February 25th, 1998 together with a certified original copy <br /> of this resolution. <br /> 8. The approval granted by this resolution shall expire if the division has not been filed <br /> by the date specified above.
