Codes, the Orono Planning <br /> Commission held a public hearing on March 18,2002,at which time all persons desiring to be heard � <br /> concerning this application were given the opportunity to speak thereon. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Orono, <br /> Minnesota: � <br /> FINDINGS <br /> 1. This application was reviewed as Zoning File#02-2761. <br /> � 2. This property is located in the LR-lA Zoning District,where 2 acres is the minimum � <br /> lot area. The properry consists of approximately 6.6 acres. <br /> 3. The Orono Planning Commission reviewed this application on March 18,2002 and <br /> recommended approval by a vote of 7 to 0. <br /> 4. The Planning Commission made the following findings of fact: <br /> A. The guest house will not exceed the 2 acre per "dwelling unit" density for <br /> � properties in the LR-lA zoning district. <br /> B. The guest house meets all required principal building setbacks. <br /> C. The septic system is designed to handle the wastewater for the principal <br /> residence,the guest house and the pool house. <br /> D. The proposed use of the accessory structure with plumbing will not be <br /> detrimental to the residential character of the neighborhood. <br /> E. The plumbing fixtures proposed are in keeping with the intended use of the <br /> accessory structure. <br /> � Page 2 of 7 <br />
