I will need to see more detailed breakdown of how the fill was calculated. If more than 500 CY of material is <br /> needed a Conditional Use Permit would be required. <br /> 2. Are the contours actual contours from an actual topographical lot survey or air flown contours? The contours <br /> shown on the plan should be field verified. <br /> 3. The contours should be shown further into the property to the east; at least 50 feet of neighboring contours <br /> should be shown. <br /> 4. The plan shows proposed draintile in the ditch area. Any pipes under the proposed soccer area should be shown <br /> on the proposed plan. <br /> S. The soccer field is currently shown to be build right up to the drainage and utility easement line. No part of the <br /> actual soccer field playing surface can fall within the easement area. <br /> � <br />
