Liquor service to the outdoor seating areas shall be subject to review with each <br /> annual liquor license application. <br /> 6353-6. Applicant shall work with City staff to devise a plan for establishing handicap <br /> parking stall within the city lot.No motorcycle parking will be allowed on the sidewalk at <br /> the front of the building, and such notice shall be posted on the premises. The City <br /> prohibition on motor vehicle parking in the municipal lot between the hours of 2:00 <br /> a.m. and 5:00 a.m. shall be also posted on the premises. <br /> 6353-7. The property is subject to the sign ordinance for temporary and permanent <br /> signs. No signs can be located on or outside the building without receiving a permit <br /> from the City of Orono. <br /> 6353-8. The sale of intoxicating liquor requires the business have a valid liquor license <br /> with the City of Orono. The liquor license shall reflect outdoor service on the patios.A <br /> - --- • . .. . - - - - - - _. -- -0- _ - ... .. ... - <br /> area will be required. <br /> 6353-9. Authorities granted by this resolution are permissive only and must be <br /> exercised by opening the restaurant application for a building permit within 6 months <br /> one year of the date of Council approval or this conditional use permit will expire on <br /> that date (December 9, 2011 September 11, 2019. ). <br /> 6353-10. Violation of or non-compliance with any of the terms and conditions of this <br /> resolution shall constitute a violation of the Zoning Code, shall automatically <br /> terminate any authority granted herein, and shall be punishable as a misdemeanor. <br /> 6353-11. The undersigned applicant has read, understands and hereby agrees to the <br /> terms of this resolution and on behalf of himself, his heirs, successors and assigns, <br /> hereby agrees to the recording of this resolution in the chain of title of theproperty. <br /> Additional Proposed Conditions <br /> Dumpster enclosure. Dumpster enclosure may be moved to the location permitted by <br /> City Council on City property. Dumpster enclosure shall be constructed prior to relocating the <br /> dumpster from the subject property. <br /> The maximum area for a stage and or live entertainment shall not exceed 15 feet by 12 feet. The <br /> maximum area to receive live entertainment shall not exceed 28'4"x 56'3"(1,593.56 sq ft). An expansion <br /> of one or both of these parameters shall require an amendment to the Conditional Use Permit. <br />
