A corrected <br /> building permit application was submitted by you in June and the estimated construction value <br /> increased to $9,500. The building permit fee based on $9,500 is $191.75, this amount doubled <br /> $383.50 plus an additional advanced plan review fee of$57.53 and a state surcharge of$4.75 <br /> equals $445.78. The after-the-fact amount of$445.78 must be paid before Monday, <br /> September 16, 2013.
