JUNR CARS, FDRNITDRE, HODSEHOLD FIIRNISHINGS AND APPLIANCES <br /> STORED ON PDBLIC OR PRIVATE PROPERTY. It is unlawful to park or store <br /> any unlicensed, unregistered. or inoperable motor vehicle lacking <br /> essential parts , household furnishings or appliances , or parts or <br /> components thereof, on any property, public or private, unless housed <br /> within a lawfully erected building. Any violation of this Section is <br /> declared to be a nuisance and upon seven days written notice to the <br /> owner, as shown by the records in the office of the County Auditor, ef <br /> private premises on which such material is found, the City may remove <br /> the same and certify the cost of such removal as any other special <br /> assessment.
