A riscr is recommended if the lid is not accassible from the ground surfaee. lnsulate <br /> the riser cover for frost protecrian. <br /> • Liguid l�vel. Gheck to make sure the tank is not lcaking.The liquid lcvel should be level with the <br /> bottom of th@ outlet pipe. (lf the water level is below the bottarn of the outtet pipe, the tank may <br /> nat be watcrtigktt. If the water lcve� is higher than the bottom of the outlet pipe af tho tank, thc <br /> effluant screen may need cleaning,or there may be poading in the soii troatment area.) <br /> • Inspectlon pipes.
