Sec.13.01 RIGHTS OF S[JBJECTS OF DAT.� Subd. 1. Type of data. The righes of individual on whom the dara is stor�3 or co be stored shall be as set forch in this secdon. Subd.2. Aher an individual has been shown[he privac:�ara and iaiormed of its meaning,the dara need not be disclosed to him for six monchs themaiter unless �dispuce or acdon pursuanc to[his secdon is c:nding or addidonal data on the individual has been colIected or creaud. The responsible auchoriry shall provide copies of the private or public 8aca upon reques:by the individual subject of[he data. 'Phe responsible authoriry shall comply immediacety,if possible,wich any r_quest madt pursuant to[his subdivision,or wiehin five days of the date of[he requesc,ezcluding Saturdays,Sundays and fegal holidays,if immediau compliance is not possible. Procedure when data is not accurste oc eomptete. :�n individual maY contest the accuracy or complereness of public or pri�•ate dars concerning himself. To exercise chis ri¢he,an individual shall nodfy ia wridng c�e responsible authoriry describing ehe nature of the disagreement. The responsible aurhoriry shall within 30 days either: (a)correct the dan fcund to be inaccucate or incomplete and attempt to nodfy pasc recipiencs of inaccurate or incomplete data, including recipients named by che individi:al:or(b)�odfy the individual that he believes the dara to be correcc. Daca in dispuce shall be disclosed only if[he individual's stacemenc of disagrea�enc is i�c:aded wirh the d'uclosed dara.
