The site has been <br /> permanently stabilized and vegetation is adequate. For your information, it appears that the homeowner added a little <br /> height to the berm on the west property line as requested by the adjacent property owner, even though we had <br /> approved the swale as shown on the Asbuilt survey. This should help ensure runoff is not directed onto the adjacent <br /> property and relieve the concerns of the neighbor.
