icON0 CITY OF ORONO <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> y NO. 6918 <br /> `4'EsHO <br /> A RESOLUTION <br /> APPROVING THE PLAT OF PENCE LANE ADDITION <br /> FILE NO. LA18-000092 <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Orono (hereinafter the "City") is a municipal corporation <br /> organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono (hereinafter "City Council") has <br /> adopted subdivision and land development regulations for the orderly, economic and safe <br /> development of land within the City; and <br /> WHEREAS, William M. Dunkley and Susan K. Dunkley (a married couple), are the <br /> owners of the property addressed 2709 Walters Port Lane (hereinafter the"Owners"); and <br /> WHEREAS on October 26, 2018, the Owners applied for Final Plat approval to <br /> subdivide the property into two buildable lots and an outlot for the property legally described as: <br /> Lot 1, Block 1, Carman Bay Heights; and Lot 4, Block 3, Walters-Port, Hennepin <br /> County(hereinafter the "Property"); <br /> WHEREAS, at its regular meeting on October 8, 2018, the Orono City Council <br /> granted approval for the Preliminary Plat per the findings and conditions of Resolution No. 6907; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, on November 19, 2018, the Final Plat application was deemed <br /> complete; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Owners have agreed to comply with all conditions of Resolution <br /> No. 6907 and has completed or has agreed to complete all other requirements of the platting <br /> regulations of the City. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, based upon the findings of Resolution <br /> No. 6907, the Orono City Council and the City of Orono does hereby approve the plat of PENCE <br /> LANE ADDITION, Hennepin County, Minnesota (a copy of which is attached as Exhibit A), subject <br /> to the following conditions: <br /> 1) Development within PENCE LANE ADDITION is subject to the Conclusions, Orders and <br /> Conditions enumerated within Preliminary Plat Resolution No 6907. <br /> 1 <br />
