� O� <br /> O; , O CITY of ORONO <br /> :_3.� <br /> r3 ;����� �, , � RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> � � <br /> ��, � : ,�� �ti No. 6 � 5 �— <br /> � �,, �� � <br /> '� ���i, <br /> �kEBH�g' <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND <br /> ORDERING THE IMPROVEMENT FOR <br /> GREEN TREES ROAD SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT <br /> WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 12th day of November <br /> 20]3 fixed a date for a Council hearing on a residential petition to extend sanitary sewer <br /> down Green Trees Road; and <br /> WHEREAS,ten days mailed notice and two weeks published notice of the hearing <br /> was given, and the hearing was held thereon on the 13`� day of January 20]4, at which all <br /> persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon, <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council of Orono, Minnesota: <br /> 1. Such improvement is necessary, cost-effective, and feasible as detailed in the <br /> feasibility report. <br /> 2. Such plans and specifications as submitted are hereby approved. <br /> 3. The City Council hereby authorizes staff to publically advertise for bids and will <br /> specify the work to be done, and shall state the time until which the bids will be <br /> received by the City; at which time they will be publicly opened in the Council <br /> Chambers of the City Hall by the City Engineer. <br /> 4.
