Orono City Council <br /> Work Session Minutes <br /> Monday,January 28,2019 <br /> Council Chambers 6:00 p.m. <br /> Rief noted that he would like to know what the Council's goal is for becoming debt free. <br /> Walsh explained that the City's goal is to create a plan to maintain responsible funding <br /> for infrastructure; including water and sewer consistently while keeping the levy stable <br /> and steady. <br /> Walsh also noted if council can condense their ideas and goals by finding out what is <br /> most important to them, combine it with staff and commissions, then together they can <br /> incrementally build funds responsibly to reach goals. <br /> Johnson added that the City should prioritize our goals and find ways to figure out how to <br /> measure our progress and gage where we need to be. <br /> Meeting End 6:51 p.m. <br /> ATTEST: <br /> .411 <br /> IF <br /> PAP <br /> Anna Carlson, City Clerk Dennis Walsh, Mayor <br />
