The dominant vegetation within the wetland consisted of cattail and reed <br /> canary grass,with lesser amounts of box elder.The boundary with upland was characterized by a slight <br /> change in elevation&a transition to primarily non-hydrophytic vegetation. <br /> The boundary as flagged in the field and labeled in the delineation report submitted on August 4,2010 is <br /> accepted by the MCWD. This decision is valid for 3 years. A project on this property may require a <br /> permit from the MCWD.
