' § 9.10 <br /> ,� . . , ,_ <br /> - A. Location of event. <br /> � B. Site visit to be required. <br /> C. Intended use of permit. <br /> D. Certificate of Insurance. <br /> E. Hours of shooting. <br /> F. Number of participants. <br /> . G. Notice to police prior to shooting. This notice <br /> to be within one hour of commencement of event. <br /> H. Annual permit to require notice to be given to <br /> surrounding property owners and an opportunity for them to object <br /> prior to issuance of a permit under this section , but such <br /> objections shall not require the permit to be withheld. Any person <br /> may appeal the denial of a permit to the Council. ' <br /> I. All permit holders must inform all abutting <br /> property owners prior to initial use of the permit. <br /> J. All permits are subject to the approval of the <br /> City Administrator upon recommendation of the Chief of Police. <br /> Appeals of denials of permits are subject to Council review. <br /> Subd. 9. Confiscation. The firearms, bow and arrow, <br /> explosives or other dangerous weapons of the alleged violator of <br /> this Section may be confiscated at the time of arrest, and returned <br /> only if the violator is adjudged not guilty of the offense charged <br /> and no liability of damages shall result theref rom. Confiscated <br /> firearms may be disposed of as provided by law. <br /> Subd. 10. Possession and Sale of Fireworks. It is <br /> unlawful for any person to sell, possess or have in possession for <br /> the purpose of sale, distribution, use or explosion, except as <br /> allowed in Subdivision 3 of this Section, any firecrackers, sky <br /> rockets or other fireworks. <br /> Subd. 11. Exposure of Dangerous Container. It is <br /> unlawful for any person, being the owner or in possession or <br /> control thereof, to permit an unlocked refrigerator, ice box, or <br /> other container, sufficiently large to retain any child and with <br /> doors which fasten automatically when closed, to expose the same <br /> out-of-doors, or in an unlocked accessory building, accessible to <br /> children, without locking the doors, or removing the lids, tiinges <br /> or latches. <br /> Ordinance 61, 2nd Series <br /> Adopted: 11-14-88 <br /> ORONO CC 204-1 (11-14-88) <br />
