Legal description: Section 2, Township 117N, Range 23W. <br /> A wetland delineation was conducted by Jacobson Environmental on May 29, 2018. A <br /> complete delineation report and WCA application were submitted to MCWD on May 30, <br /> 2018. Three wetlands were delineated on site. Wetland 1 was classified as a Type 5 Shallow <br /> open water wetland, Wetland 2 was classified as a Type 1/6 Seasonally flooded basin/shrub <br /> carr wetland, and Wetland 3 was identified as a Type 3/7 shallow marsh/hardwood swamp <br /> wetland. <br /> MCWD reviewed the boundaries in the field on July 10, 2018. MCWD was in agreement with the <br /> wetland boundaries and types identified on site. MCWD approves the wetland boundaries and types as <br /> delineated in the field and documented in the delineation report. This decision is valid for five years.
